THAG approached me to kick off their very first installment of their new THAG Talks series where I presented on "Digital Transformation in Hospitality: Leveraging AI for Success". THAG, the Tourism and Hospitality Association of Guyana, is a non-profit organisation dedicated to serving and advocating for the interests of Guyana's dynamic tourism and hospitality sector. In this talk I shared on the key AI concepts that everyone should know, what AI can really do for tourism and hospitality in the Caribbean region and how much it costs to implement leading-edge AI in your tourism enterprise.
